On order of the Court, the certification by the Court of Appeals pursuant to Administrative Order 1984-2 that its decision in this case conflicts with its decision in Reetz v Tipit, Inc, 151 Mich App 150 (1986) and the applications for leave to appeal are considered. Leave to appeal is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that this case be argued and submitted to the Court together with the case of Reetz v Tipit, Inc (Docket No. 78640), one immediately following the other.
