This cause comes to us pursuant to an order of the District Court of Appeal, Third District, transferring the case to this Court. For the reasons set forth below, we accept the transfer only as to the trial courts upholding of the validity of Chapters 57-550 and 70-100 relating to grand jury selection and remand the cause to the district court as to the remaining issues.
